Conference Program Book Ads & Sponsorships

Program Book Ads and Sponsorship Options

There will be a program book for the conference that will contain the full program, speaker bios, information about the House of Friendship projects, as well as ads from event sponsors and local businesses to help reduce the cost of the event and allow Rotarians to attend at an affordable rate. Sponsorship and program book ad details are now available, and we hope that many of you who run businesses in our communities will consider putting in an ad for your business to help support this event. Please click on the Read More button (or see further below, if you are already on the detailed article page) to learn about sponsorship and ad options.
Once you have made the ad purchase online, please send all creative materials to David Deutsch via email. Artwork materials should ideally be submitted as vector graphics (Adobe Illustrator AI, EPS, PDF, or similar), but regular PNG, JPG, TIF will work well, too.
The deadline for purchasing ads, sponsorships, and submitting artwork is Friday, April 7th. But please don't wait for the last moment - the sooner you can book your ads and submit your artwork materials, the better.
Program book ads are available in the following sizes:
In addition, we offer four major sponsorship options for those, who would like to support the event at a higher level and have their business stand out even more:
  • Platinum Sponsor - $5000 (includes Inside Front Cover ad position)
  • Gold Sponsor - $4000 (includes Inside Back Cover ad position) [already taken]
  • Silver Sponsor - $3000 (includes inside Full Page Ad)
  • Bronze Sponsor - $2000 (includes inside Full Page Ad)
Sponsorships include the following benefits:
  • Acknowledgment in the program book on a separate page listing all sponsors by level
  • Acknowledgment on the district websites
  • Acknowledgment in a PowerPoint presentation during the Conference
  • Full Page Ad in the Program Book
  • Logo on posters, banners, tickets, and other collateral
All monies raised via sponsorships and ads go to offset important event costs first, such as speaker fees, A/V equipment rental, etc. and secondly will go to support other important district activities if the event results in a net profit. All three districts equally share in the costs and in the sponsorship and program book income.
