The Rotary Club of Chelsea had as their guest speaker at a recent meeting, WBZ Meteorologist Jacob Wykoff. Mr. Wykoff gave a background on how he got into the weather forecasting profession, how weather is forecast, the expected accuracy rate and why the weather varies within the eastern Massachusetts region.
