What is a Rotary Fellowship?
It is a rotary international “club” that provides opportunities to connect Rotarians, their friends and family with like-minded people. There are many Fellowships for a variety of interests including wine!
On the international level, the RWAF (Rotary Wine Appreciation Fellowship) schedules wine tasting events during Rotary International Conventions and sends out newsletters throughout the year. There is a small fee to join.
On a local level, Corks & Caps offers wine tastings every other month typically on the last Sunday of the month from 6-7 pm. Our members are Rotarians, family and friends. Members come from near and far: Quebec province, ME, MA, NH, VA, FLA, NY, TX etc. We normally taste 2 wines and have a topic with a speaker for each meeting. There is no cost to join however, many members do join RWAF.
Corks & Caps originated in May 2020 during COVID when good friends and District Governors Joan Arsenault and Suzanne Uhl-Melanson decided to keep Rotarians engaged during the lock down. Camaraderie, wine & Zoom seemed the perfect solution and Corks & Caps was Born! We are so pleased to be entering our 5th year of fellowship, wine and wine education.
Please consider joining this fabulous group of wine lovers! No experience required!
