The Rockport Rotary Club presented a Reading of the Declaration of Independence at 10AM on July 4th, at Dock Square in Rockport. Members of the club were dressed in period costumes and church bells were ringing to “gather” the towns people. Reverend Matt Wigton read the Declaration of Independence at 10AM.
