The District Leadership Team invites all District 7930 Rotarians to participate in a special Zoom meeting on Wednesday, June 17th at 6:00 pm to review proposed updates to the District Bylaws.The purpose of this session is to provide members with a clear understanding of the proposed changes, answer questions, and gather feedback before voting on those changes.
These proposed updates focus on strengthening governance, enhancing financial oversight, increasing transparency, modernizing district operations, and aligning district practices with current Rotary International expectations. While many changes are administrative in nature, several proposals address important operational and governance matters that deserve member review and discussion.
This meeting is intended to focus on the purpose and impact of the proposed changes rather than line-by-line wording edits. Members will have the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and better understand the rationale behind each proposal.
