The Rotary Club of Arlington proudly presented its annual Flags for Heroes program, a moving tribute to individuals who have made a lasting impact through service, dedication, and leadership. From May 22 through June 16, more than 100 American flags are on display at Park Circle on Park Avenue, each one sponsored in honor of a personal or public hero.

Flags were sponsored in recognition of military personnel, first responders, parents, teachers, coaches, mentors, and community leaders—anyone who made a meaningful difference in the eyes of a sponsor. Each flag includes a dedication to one or two honorees, symbolizing the values of service, sacrifice, and inspiration.

This year, the Rotary Club paid special tribute to three beloved Arlington citizens: Dan Brosnan (Arlington Boys & Girls Club), Will St. Martin (A-SNAP special needs program), and Ed Woods (Fidelity House). Known for their tireless efforts and deep commitment to the town’s youth, these community heroes were honored during a ceremony held on Sunday, June 1st at Park Circle.

The Rotary Club of Arlington extends its gratitude to all who participated and supported this meaningful display of remembrance and recognition.
