The Haverhill Rotary Club sponsors a Middle School EarlyAct Club at Hill View Montessori Charter Public School. Teacher advisors, Cheryl Cleary and Joann Healey, work weekly with fourteen students to develop and implement community service projects. Students sponsored a school-wide Food Drive for Thanksgiving which supported area food pantries; worked with DCF of Haverhill on a Mitten Tree to collect gifts for local children; worked with HeadStart; and made fleece blankets for DCF to hand out at Christmas.The Haverhill Rotary Club provided EarlyAct pins, certificates of membership and t-shirts for the students.Haverhill EarlyAct Holiday Activities
