The Upward Bound Second Chance scholarship is awarded annually by the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor to persons seeking certificate courses and programs likely to improve employment opportunities.Recently the club welcomed scholarship winner Skarleth Ponce who received her check and shared plans to attend North Shore Community College to become a dental assistant.
