The District Membership and Public Image Committees are thrilled to announce Summer/Fall Mini Grants are now open! Public Image Mini Grants are matching grants up to $250 and all Membership Mini Grants are matching up to $200 (please see additional details for clubs that partner with other clubs).
About Public Image Mini Grants
 
Public Image Mini Grants are designed to help clubs tell their story through advertising, media, apparel, and more. As always, qualified grants MUST adhere to Master Branding and you must submit a design with your application.Design work must be pre-approved. For your convenience, please review the following:

About Membership Mini Grants
 
We are again offering 2 Membership Mini Grants: The Membership Mini Grant and New Member Mini Grant.
 
With the Membership Mini Grant, you can apply for projects in THREE developmental areas including
  1. Hosting a FRIENDraiser to attract new members,
  2. Developing your club's orientation process to RETAIN new members, and/or
  3. Developing your club's capacity to MENTOR new members
 
Each club, again, can apply for up to $200 MATCH but if partnering with another club to pool resources, may apply for up to $300 MATCH. Please carefully read the details on application. In addition, we are now offering a NEW MEMBER Mini Grant designed to ENGAGE and help RETAIN new members and help them pursue THEIR Rotary dream! Please consider asking your new members to apply for this mini grant!
 
Deadlines/Schedule
Please be sure to check out the deadlines and we hope you submit an application!
  • August 1-September 7, 2018 - grants may be submitted
  • September 14, 2018 - notice of acceptance or denial
  • September 30, 2018 – project must be complete
  • November 1, 2018 – receipts and wrap-up report (for membership grant only) must be submitted to the appropriate committee for reimbursement
