The Newburyport Rotary Club along with the Salisbury Police Department served a continental breakfast on Monday, October 16, consisting of coffee, fruit, muffins and donuts. The Rotarians provided cider donuts from Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury. Rotarian and Police Chief Tom Fowler spoke about Halloween hours for the town of Salisbury as well as IRS and cyber scams.
