On Wednesday, April 10th, the Arlington Rotary Club hosted visiting Rotarians from Yokohama and Kanagawa Rotary of District 2590 in Japan. The Japanese Rotarians were here to visit Global Scholars studying in Boston. Arlington hosted the visiting Rotarians for breakfast. Our District Governor Lori Karas and DG Akira Higuchi of Rotary District 2590 exchanged flags.
Two inbound Global Scholars from Japan already in Boston area - one a neurosurgeon at MGH and another pursuing Music degree -- also joined the meeting.
DGN Pooja Singla and AG Lori Becker was also in attendance for the festivities.
