RLI is open to ALL Rotarians, not just club officers. However, district-wide, as of 4/12, fewer than 10 Rotarians have submitted intention to attend the April 27 Rotary Leadership Institute day at the Sheraton Four Points in Wakefield. A minimum of 8 attendees is necessary for each level (Parts 1, 2, 3 and Graduate).
