This year's District Conference and Assembly is coming along with new developments all the time. Friday night's Mystery Dining is half booked, so please don't wait. We're thrilled to announce that our service project or Saturday morning will be packaging at least 10,000 meals for End Hunger New England. These packages will stay right here in our district, benefiting food relief organizations right in our neighborhoods. Dan Clark, the singing trooper will also be performing Saturday. You may have seen Dan perform at Fenway or at a Patriots game. Lastly, hockey legend Ray Bourque is set to be one of our featured speakers Saturday night. Friday May 13th
  • District Conference/Assembly Combo and ALA Carte Mystery Dinner participants: Join us for Cocktails at Fisher College Rooftop from 5:30 to 6:45
  • A-la-carte Mystery Dinner Participants: transportation from Fisher College to all restaurants and back to Fisher College. Tickets are going fast!!! Space is limited, so sign up soon. Parking suggestions will be available.
Saturday May 14th
  • Service Project:End Hunger New England
    Join us from 9:00 to 11:30 to pack 10,000 to 30,000 meals to be distributed here in our own district. Place to be determined.
  • District Conference/Assembly Combo and a-la-carte Assembly Registrants
    Lunch at Harvard Club at 12:30 to 1:45 for Experience the Dynamic Power and Passion of the singing State Trooper Dan Clark as well as keynote speakers. The business meeting for the Conference will follow at 1:45 to 2:15 for election of new officers, and Bylaw vote. Assembly starts at 2:15 pm with budget approval, breakouts for the Secretaries and Treasurers, training on Foundation and District programs and concludes at 4:30.
  • District Conference/Assembly Combo: Cocktail reception from 5:30 to 6:45 pm at the Harvard Club followed by the Presidents’ Dinner 7:00 to 10:00 pm, Live Auction and Awards. We will hear Dan Clark perform again, an amazing and moving experience. Hockey legend Ray Bourque will be one of the Keynote speakers. Stay tuned for other speaker surprises!!!!
Sunday May 15th
  • District Conference/Assembly Combo: 9:00am to 10:00am,
    Veterans' Memorial Brunch and conclusion of the Conference from 10:00 to 11:30 am.
  • Rotary Foundation Silent Auction: held throughout Saturday with the culmination at Saturday Dinner. A Live Auction will also occur at dinner Saturday Evening.
Transportation to be provided from various locations to shuttle attendees on both the 93 and 95 corridors all day on Saturday.
