David Manzi introduced Rotary District 7930's focus on homelessness and hunger at the World Peace and Understanding Dinner in February 2016.. Since then, Sheryl Meehan, David Gardner and our current DG, Bob Wood, have worked to inspire clubs to accept the challenge to do what we can as Rotarians to help those less fortunate. From the experiential program in February 2016, to the diaper program and other mini grants, district grants and individual club projects, many Rotarians have contributed greatly in so many ways in our communities.

Once again, Bob Wood has dedicated the World Peace & Understanding Dinner to the plight of homelessness. The keynote speaker, Chief Justice Timothy Sullivan of the Housing Court, will provide updates on the current status and share his thoughts on what is being done and can be done to build on the great work that our members have done.
