1. Recruit a team of non-Rotarians
   Have you considered asking a business to become plungers instead of donors? With each team comes more opportunity for growth. Some great non-Rotarian teams include health workers (chiropractors, physical therapy practices, etc), high school teams (consider ultimate frisbee or the swim team), or a Meet Up Group! 
    
2. Recruit Interact youth! Does your club have an Interact Club? Consider asking them to form a team of just 5 or 6 and have the entire club sponsor their participation. Last year saw the largest participation of Interact Clubs and they raised just under $5k for the cause!
3. Recruit a team of friends and family? Your personal contacts make great teammates! Get together and make a fun shirt or costume to stand out at the plunge!

The response to the first Rotary Means Business meeting on November 30th has indicated a strong interest in continuing the development of this new fellowship. The skill builder presented by Andy Winig on Effective Networking Tips and Elevator Speeches was extremely well received. The survey results indicated a strong desire to build a program around mentoring.

 

The next meeting will be on January 19th at the McLane Middleton Conference Center at 300 TradeCenter in Woburn. We will start again at 6:00 pm with a short social with the presentation beginning at 6:15 pm. The opportunity to network will occur between 7 and 7:30 pm.
