The Marblehead Rotary Club is pleased to announce the finalists for the "Marblehead's Got Talent" competition. These talented performers will vie to win both prestige and scholarships at this year's benefit finale. The event will be held on Wednesday, February 6th beginning at 6PM at the Boston Yacht Club.Proceeds from this benefit event will be used to fund the night’s winners as well as other scholarships that will be awarded later in the year! Scholarship prize money for the winners has been doubled from last year’s edition. At the end of the program, the top three winners Marblehead's Got Talent finale competition will be awarded a $5,000, $3,000 & $2,000 scholarships for their talented efforts.

Peabody Rotary is hosting its 15th annual Taste of the North Shore on Tuesday, March 19th, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel in Danvers. There will be 25 restaurants serving their tastiest dishes, from main courses to sides to desserts. There also will be a silent auction of many coveted items—vacations, sports memorabilia, gift cards, lottery tickets, collections of wine and craft beer and more.

 

The highlight event of the evening will be the drawing of the $10,000 raffle winner. Tickets are $100, which includes admission for two to the event. The winner does not need to be present, but you really don’t want to miss the evening attended by over 400 people. What a great way for clubs in the district to support one of their own and perhaps enrichen their own clubs by $10,000!!

The weekly eBulletin depends on the content provided by clubs, so please submit your stories and we will publish them on the district website and in the next eBulletin. Stories that showcase your club or event should be submitted via the website portal at this link.

 

The deadline for submitting items for the weekly District 7930 eBulletin is Friday morning in order to be included in the following Monday's edition.  If the eBulletin being prepared is getting to be too long and the story submitted is not time-sensitive, we may choose to delay including it until the following week.
