Beverly Announces New Leaders
Last week, the Beverly Rotary Club installed its new roster of Officers and Directors. What a wonderful event! We were honored that Pooja Singla, Lori Karas and Terry Rezendes Curran accepted our invitation to attend. The event was held at Danversport Landing with 80 people attending. We had music by Peter Tentindo, as well as delicious hot hors d'oeuvres, a taco station and an ice cream sundae bar. Our incoming President Linda Turcotte was sworn in by her nephew, Anthony Garry, Past President of the Topsfield Boxford Middleton Rotary Club. He also swore in all of the other officers and directors.

A special Paul Harris Citizenship Award was bestowed on the North Shore Music Theatre. Bill Hanney, owner and producer, and Karen Nascembeni, Chief Operating Officer, were present to accept this high award, The club also honored our member Diane Howard with a Paul Harris Recognition.

Pictured from left to right are: Secretary Brian Snell (first), Laney Dowling (second), Christiana Plum (third), Vice President Peter Speziale (fourth), Treasurer Nancy Gwin (fifth), Jack Attridge (sixth), and President Aviv Hod (far right). Not pictured but completing the team are Marsha Christensen and Andrew Gillis.
