Hear from RYLA Alums
RYLA is an immersive leadership experience where students build confidence, communication skills, and friendships while discovering the kind of leaders they can become.

But talk to any RYLA alum and they’ll tell you… the real magic happens after the weekend.

RYLA alumni go on to:
 Lead clubs and service projects
 Start community initiatives
 Return as mentors and facilitators
Build lifelong friendships with fellow “RYLARIANS”
And sometimes even become Rotarians themselves!

Many alumni say RYLA was one of the most impactful weekends of their high school years — helping them find their voice, their confidence, and their passion for service.
That’s the power of RYLA.
