2014 District Conference

Announcing the 2014 District Conference
District Governor John Hall is pleased to announce that we are accepting registrations for the “Funtastic District Conference” that is scheduled for May 2-4, 2014 at the Westin Portland Harborview Hotel in Portland, Maine. The Conference Committee has been working hard to make it a very memorable event and they have some surprises planned that guarantee that it will be fun for all.
Separate reservations are necessary for your hotel room. The District rate of $169.00 per night is available only until April 1, 2014. Click here to register.
If you are interested in placing an advertisement in the District Program, please contact David Gardner at djg@boydsdirect.com.
As with every year, the Auction Committee is requesting your support of at least one item of not less than $100 value from each club to support a District Donation to our Rotary Foundation. Bid winners receive personal Foundation credit, dollar for dollar spent at the auction. All auction items not being being brought to the Conference should be delivered to either Bob Gravino, contact at rcgravino@aol.com or Alex Ushakoff, contact at ccimaster@aol.com.
This year the Committee would also like to do a community service project of a donation of Children's books to a Library in need in the Hurricane Sandy Devastation area. Please bring your club members' donations to the conference and leave them with the folks at the registration table.
The 2014 District Conference promises to be one of the most enjoyable conferences yet!
