District 7930 Public Image and Technology Committee

The Public Image and Technology Committee assists the District and individual clubs in their efforts to access the media to promote Rotary and its activities on the international, district, and club level. We encourage our clubs to make public image a priority and provide them with professional expertise and advice about successfully mounting a public image program appropriate for their community, news media, etc. We also advise the District and our clubs on the use of technology in meetings and events, and we are responsible for the District's website and its weekly newsletter.

Updated Rotary Brand Center

The Rotary Brand Center has gone through a full makeover. It has a wealth of information on Rotary's identity, including downloadable logos, photos, videos, and guidelines on how to use it all. Plus, it is now available without logging in. Check out the new Brand Center at https://brandcenter.rotary.org.

Club Press Release Templates (see links to the left on this page)

The District Public Image Committee is committed to helping our clubs announce Rotary achievements, projects, and global initiatives to their communities. With that in mind, press release templates will be sent to each club periodically to assist in their PI communications.  Generally, these templates will be focused on "big picture stuff" or projects that apply to your participation in a district-sponsored event/project or even Rotary at large (think polio eradication). These templates can be easily adapted to the individual club's needs. The Clubs will decide which templates are best for their needs and how they wish to use them.
