Hero Submission Process
We invite your Rotary Club to participate in the Robert C Wood Memorial Heroes Event on November 14, 2024. Your club can select a hero from your community to be recognized with a Paul Harris Fellow recognition at the event.
Recognizing your hero at the event is a two-step process:
Step One
Please use this online form to submit information about your hero:
We will need the name of your hero, a short bio and why they are being honored (600 characters max.), as well as a high-quality photo. We will put that information into a slideshow to be shown during the event.
Step Two
In addition to filling out the above online form, you will also need to please fill out the Rotary International Form “102 PHF Recognition Transfer Request Form”, which you can download as a PDF document:
This form is required to transfer 1,000 PHF recognition points from your club to the person you are bestowing a PHF recognition to - it has been pre-filled for your convenience with some of the details.
Please fill out the rest of the form, sign it, and then scan and send it via email to rotarysupportcenter@rotary.org with cc to District Rotary Foundation Chair (DRFC) Alexander Falk at al+7930@falk.us no later than October 25th, 2022. Rotary International will then send the PHF recognition materials to your club president, who needs to bring them to the event.
