We are delighted to have received an overwhelming number of requests for District Managed Grants. Some funds for the Global Grants are still available.We are excited to see this enthusiasm for community services in our District.
Thank you all for submitting the Grants Applications for your important community projects funded by the District Managed Grants. We appreciate the time and effort you invested in your proposals.
The District 7930 Grants Committee has been met with an overwhelming number of responses this grant cycle. This high level of interest speaks to the impressive work being done by the clubs for the communities served in our District 7930.
Due to this exceptional volume, we are temporarily placing the application process on hold. We will not be accepting any new submissions at this time. This pause will allow our review committee to give every application the careful consideration it deserves.
We anticipate that this review process will take a few weeks. We will reopen submissions once this review period is complete and if any funds become available for a new funding cycle. Remember it's one grant per club.
All applicants will be notified of their status and the next steps by the end of October. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
We encourage all members to donate to the RI Annual Fund, as these monies come back to use for District grants. The more money you contribute to the Annual Fund, the more we can spend on District grants!
