District Installation Next Monday

DISTRICT INSTALLATION NEXT MONDAY!

There are already 220 Rotarians and friends, and over twenty clubs registered for the District Installation Dinner. With only seven days until the big day for the incoming presidents, their leadership teams and those who will serve the district, now is the time to register. Dave Manzi, the incoming Governor, would love to have every president for the 2015-2016 Rotary year attend and be part of a great evening of fun and fellowship. We as members of our individual clubs have an opportunity to show our support for those who have stepped forward to take on these important roles in providing service to our communities. The committee highly encourages clubs to reserve a table early to insure that your members can sit together.

There will be lots of photo ops during the evening, and remember since this is a more casual event than usual (ties not required) wear something that will make you look marvelous.

Presidents-elect are encouraged to forward a picture of their club in action and a trivia item about themselves or their community, such as the college they attended, their Rotary moment, a landmark in their city or town, something special about their community or anything else that would provide a glimpse into who they are and what their community is all about.

So, please register for the Installation Dinner on June 29th at the Danversport Yacht Club and try to arrive for the pre-dinner fellowship that starts at 5:30 pm. Looking forward to seeing everyone then!
