The Rotary Club of Chelsea had the pleasure of welcoming the Honorable Amy L. Nechtem as our guest speaker. Judge Nechtem served as Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Juvenile Court from 2014 – 2024 and was appointed to the bench in 2001. As Chief Justice she led the administration and advancement of policies and practices impacting juvenile justice and child welfare throughout the Commonwealth.
