Rotaplast hits halfway point at $25,000

Due in large part to generous donations from 18 of our District Rotary Clubs (and some private gifts), the District's Rotaplast mission to Cebu, Philippines just passed the halfway mark on it's way to raising $50k. The team departs in early October and hopes to collect more money from friends, family and Rotary clubs.
Rotaplast Executive Director and Past District Governor Donna-Lee Young Rubin visited the district last week to attend the Red Sox event and meet the volunteers from our clubs. Rubin noted, "This mission is extra special to me because it's being sponsored by my brothers and sisters here in my home district."
