The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a multi-district, grassroots leadership development program designed to strengthen Rotary knowledge and leadership skills. Founded in 1992, RLI provides Rotarians with a unique opportunity for quality education through interactive sessions led by trained facilitators, while encouraging participants to share their experiences and learn from one another.
District 7930 was well represented at the Rotary Leadership Institute of Northeast America (RLI NEA) Annual Meeting by Jean Leider (Andover), RLI Graduate; Joan Arsenault (Ipswich-Rowley), Executive Director of RLI NEA and 7930 Past District Governor; Peter Majane (Reading), 7930 RLI Site Chair; Lori Karas (Peabody), RLI Regional Vice Chair and 7930 Past District Governor; and Gail Ralston (Andover), RLI Graduate.
Jean Leider was especially excited to reconnect with her RLI Level 1 facilitator, Bernadette Kucharczuk of New Jersey, who led a presentation on Marketing Tips for Your RLI during the annual meeting.
RLI continues to provide Rotarians with valuable opportunities to build leadership skills, expand their Rotary knowledge, and connect with fellow Rotarians across the region.
