Last month, at our Installation Dinner at the Swampscott Yacht Club, Swampscott Rotary recognized and thanked our outgoing president, Diane O'Brien, and installed president David Legere. David and our new officers and board were installed by District 7930 representative David Deutsch.We also hosted seven of our nine scholarship winners and their families.
