• Trained 100 new Rotary Peace Fellows at Centers around the world and announced the formation of a new Peace Center in Turkey.
• Announced the third Program of Scale Grant, United to End Cervical Cancer in Egypt.
• Estimated that the number of people walking due to the polio eradication efforts of Rotary International and its partners reached 20 million.
